Shipping Policy
Method of Shipment:
Domestic shipments and shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped through United Parcel Service.
Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international shipments are shipped through the US Postal Service.
Any delivery to a PO Box or APO/FPO address will be a flat rate of $22.95.
Please call for a shipping quote on international shipments.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. However, orders taken during the holiday season in November and December may take up to 3 days to ship. Orders taken for Christmas delivery are normally shipped the second week in December.
If a shipment arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied, just contact us within 10 days for a full refund or replacement. When it comes from Topsy's, you know it's guaranteed to be good!
From time-to-time during the holiday season, the can design you selected may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In order to ensure timely delivery for the holidays, Topsy's Popcorn reserves the right to substitute another design if necessary to meet holiday shipping deadlines.
