Shipping Policy

Method of Shipment:

UPS

Domestic shipments and shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped through United Parcel Service. There is a $5.00 additional charge for shipments to Rural Route addresses.

Orders shipped UPS Ground Expedited will be shipped from our facility the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 pm CST Monday-Friday

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. However, orders taken during the holiday season in November and December may take up to 3 days to ship. Orders taken for Christmas delivery are normally shipped the second week in December.

US Postal Service

Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international shipments are shipped through the US Postal Service. Any delivery to a APO/FPO address will be a flat rate of $32.95. Deliveries to post office boxes will be a flat rate of $24.95.

Please call for a shipping quote on international shipments.

If a shipment arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied, just contact us within 10 days for a full refund or replacement. When it comes from Topsy's, you know it's guaranteed to be good!

Substitution Policy

From time-to-time during the holiday season, the can design you selected may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In order to ensure timely delivery for the holidays, Topsy's Popcorn reserves the right to substitute another design if necessary to meet holiday shipping deadlines.
